Admin's powers being taken away

There's something wrong with my friend's forum. We have Administrators that are online often. Today,we had our Administrator powers taken with 2 Administrators left with their powers.I was one of them.Me,and the owner had their powers left. I had to give their powers back and while I was doing that,a guest was on.I thought it was the guest hacking into our forum,and it wasn't.I IP Banned the guest and about an hour after I IP Banned the guest,it started again. So,if some of you could come up with a solution to this. Thanks! And if it's one of the Administrators here,(I doubt it,this is just in case)can you please stop? Thanks a lot!
And I don't want it shut down.

are you sure it was the guest who remove the other admin's power? Try checking some of the admins activity by going to admin panel>general>security>check there

I did...nothing showed up...but you know hacking just can happen *snaps fingers* like that. No Admin Panel needed for that type of hacking. It's not being taken away anymore...but still...it was a very creepy problem.I still need a solution for it.

If one of the accounts was hacked and someone removed a admin it would show in that security list. What were you doing at the time this happen?

I was in the Chatbox.That was yesterday.Now for today's story.
Today:
OH EM GEE! I found some serious hacking! I'll tell you the first 5 groups' names.It's not an Adminsitrator.It's a Guest.In the Chatbox,there are names saying that there are people in it above it. And in it,there are no names,not even a word! Now for the groups' names:

Madmins you can tell are Admins,Idiots is my "RiverClan" group,Loopy Doos are Advanced Moderators,and Madmods are Moderators.
