(Only Topic) Slow + crashing ACP + all forums slow [Tech-help!]

First topic message reminder :

Ok, I don't know whether this is just me losing it, or if its everyone.

On the forums that I run, they all have a slow, unformatted, and crashing admin panel, and all threads are taking forever! to load

And in all of this im referring to 10+ mins to load the admin panel, and just as long for 2 post threads!!

I have done:
Restart of PC,
checked several browsers,
cleared cache + cookies, on all browsers and via ClearProg (a program similar to CCleaner)

and I have no idea on whats going on!?!?!

And if you did what I did; you didnt modify anything, what do u suggest we do?

admin panel > Display > template > if you seen green CSS you must dellete.

OK, I dont know what the problem is, but I still have a slow admin panel on http://relforum.forumn.org/

Mario, yes I am; the admin panel is unusually slower then it usually is, and has been persistant for a while now.

I have done everything I can think of.



P.S. I cant modify any HTML in the admin panel as I don't have access to my database
(that's just for alexisac)

my boards are pretty much back to normal, we just can't set two smilies next to each other without a space between them, but if thats normal then it might just take a little getting used to.
