my moderator cant see the option to create a sticky

guys i need your help my moderators cant see the option to create a sticky or an announcement.PLease help me

under forum permissions, does the moderator's group have the permission to stick/announce?

Also, ask the user if he/she has the "options" bar open, as it is in there.

where do i find it i dont see that no where

can you lead me to that option by creating specific location,please

i have been waiting for a long time someone help me please

GO TO Administration Panel > General > categories and forums > forum control permission
