Adding Music Box to Portal

I originally had a music box on the main forum homepage.

Which is

Admin Panel > Display > Homepage > Generalities > Homepage Message

However this only adds the music to the homepage, not the portal. Is it possible to add a music box to the portal and not the main forum?

Oh I see! I was doing a lot of searches on here for this situation, but all that kept coming up was searches of where to get music uploaded.
