Center/Bold/Etc. Text not working

I looked for an answer, but couldn't find one, apologies in advance if it was answered.

On my forum, the text buttons aren't working. They will wrap the text in the appropriate code (i.e. , , etc.), but when I post, the codes themselves show up rather than the desired effect.

I have html turned on for the forums and in my profile. I'm not even sure if what I'm looking for is html... I am still learning all of this.

Have you tried clearing your cache yet?

Other than that, im not sure whether im able to help out, as im having the same problem, but only when it is a quoted message.

Tried that, didn't seem to work.

Some of my members have complained of these issues too. Superstition, is this your forum? I just wonder if it's a re-direct or something . . . it's what I got twice when clicking on your URL icon:-)

Right now I'm just testing, playing around, etc. Its far from done, design needs some drastic work, but I'd like to have the basics down before putting too much effort in.

Is the the button at the very top right of your message box that looks like A/A, red? If it is, you'll have to click it. That would disable HTML for you. That's all I got to say.

*Nevermind, got it fixed. There are checkmarks below the post and I unticked the "Disable HTML and BBcode" boxes.
