Solved Question: How do I get 'xxx Today at x:xx am by xxx' with phpBB3?

How do I get the little format next to the sections with the latest post on them, instead of just having the username? So I can have the latest topic on there too and such, like Forumotion has. I'm using phpBB3.

Show last topics titles on index:Yes
