Is there a way to switch the user icon and profile info from the right side back to the left? (When looking at posts)

Yes! This is possible, just do the following:

Admin Panel > Styles > Colors > Pages structure > Profile* position in messages: Left.

[Techies: There's a typo there just in case you didn't notice Wink
