Solved Navi bar Problem

My forum is: http://packer.forumotion.com/index.htm and I am using Invision.

If you look at the navi bar...its all over the place. Does anyone know how I can fix it so that it all appears on 1 line?

Also, when I try to add the PM/New PM navi bar, I always get this message:

You must to provide a menu name.


Thanks in advance for the help!

EDIT: as a guest, there are less bars but there is still a problem.
EDIT 2: The PM problem has been fixed...i just had to do it a different way.
