Logo Problem Empty Logo Problem

When I upload my logo, and it said:

Information
No login and password have been defined in the administration panel of the board.
To access on this page you have to create an account or log in

And I can't change the logo
I tried to upload to other host, but can't solve the problem. It said:

How to solve it? Thanks.

Try creating an account over at servming,then upload your images.

YES!
I login to https://servimg.com/ and upload my image. Then, I go to Pics management/Advanced Mode/Forum main logo from the control panel of the forum and choose it from GALLERY.
