Color for member wont work but for others it will

Ok so for a user on my forum they are having problems with trying to change the color of their font in their post. All the other members can change the color of their font and I have no clue what o do. I have tried messing with the users post and tried other ways to add color to the post but nothing is working. Someone help me please. >_<

That's what he is doing and I have even tried it for his post and all it is doing is just showing the code and the font is staying white.I have tried using a couple of other codes but they don't work.

okay when you click what color it shows up as (ex: red)

it should be in red

Also make sure Html is on
Enable HTML

It's on yet his font still wont show color. Like I said everyone else has color but with him it shows the code and whatever he has written in his post.

For some reason though h is the only one that doesn't have color. I have no clue and the site wont let me check. But it should be since that is suppose to be on yes when they make their account.

I know what it should look like but I can only see parts of his profile in the admin panel.

Then tell him to make sure its checked
