I need someone with experience for a background music

Sry for bothering but im going to need another thing.

Now i need to put in my forum a background music (i read all the posts about this but i dont understand how to add it)

Background music: Singapore (pirates of the caribbean)
i want it to be hidden (so that members can not stop it) and repeated.

I need the code ready to install in my forum.
