We are an information based forum, sharing knowledge of camping, wilderness survival and off-grid living skills. Any material obtained from other sources is credited to the original author, with links back left intact. Where possible, permissions to use material have been secured. Ours is a family oriented venue, thus making all posts by members well moderated.

Woodlife has recently finished a small building project in cooperation with Nanzikambe, an Arts Development Organisation based in Blantyre, and with Development Aid from People to People (DAPP). While building a professional outside stage of 14x12 meters, Harold Jacobs trained a group of carpentry students from the DAPP vocational school in woodbending and general carpentry skills.
