Banning from a specific board

I know how to ban a member from the forum completely, but I've been trying to figure out how to ban a member from a specific board on the forum. How would I do this? If there's already a topic on this, please link me.

There isn't a way but you can make a Group for the members that you wish to add that can't see certain forums. Then go into the Forums & Categories and set the permissions.

I'm still trying to figure this out so.....

I didn't know owning a forum could be so hard.

To make a group

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>Click on Groups

Name of the group you want:
Description anything you want:
Group Leader: Put your name if you want:
Groups members Color its up to you if you want to show them in the legend
If you want the group to show in the legend click yes if not don't click it
Group order leave alone
Group Status Click Hidden
Permissions to send PM leave it at Admin
Save

Now to add the members just go to user group and look for add member and type the members name>>save

Now to make it so that that group can't see a certain section go to

Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Forums & categories>>You will have to go to every section that you want them to see by hitting the Modify Icon and click on Permissions and click the group name for view/read and Write/Reply>>hit Save


Now for the sections you don't want them to see click on the section and hit permissions and un click view/Read and Write/Reply>>save

It would work, but the read and write is checked, and its grayed out and won't let me uncheck it.
