Admin and Moderators Control Panel

Once we can log back in, have another question for you.

I as the owner have no problem looking into the Control Panal but it would seem that my admin staff can not...can anyone tell me why this would be the case and can it somehow be resloved?

hello, about your admins..are u sure that u converted their mode to "admin"?!/..or just moved them to the "admin" group?!

Well I changed their ranks on their profiles, so I'm not quiet sure. Maybe once the page is up again, it can be looked on?

hello..nope the rank and the group are just something like a decoration...

to make them real admins follow steps below

1-admin panel
2-users admin
3-permissions
4-look the user up then inside his permissions settings u will find on the top an option with a deop down menu set to "USER" ..change it to be "user mode is "administrator"

save and now he/she is an admin
