When I was in forum this msg I got:

The owner of this site post this msg

And I want to put like it on my website

I mean I want some1 tell me how to attach this ^

Hi!

Thats called log in po-up box.
You can make one in Admin CP > General > 'Configuration' under 'Forum' > Scroll down to where it says 'Login popup'.
Activate it, write your message and save thumright
