Categories Not Showing Up. Empty Categories Not Showing Up.

Help needed!
The categories on my forum aren't showing up... I've tried the Display>>Structure and Hierarchy thing.. but I've tried all of them and the categories won't show up! Can anyone help? Am I doing this completely wrong?
