Why do our forum warned "Illegal content" ?

You have have until the 13-08-2009 to be in conformity. After this delay, we will have to delete your forum if it still isn't in conformity.

Please tell us how to do to prove that we only display legal content?

If I could read Vietnamese, I could have found what's wrong.

All I can do is giving clues to help you find out what illegal content you have.

What is illegal :
- Porn content
- Warez links -> This means download links for cracked paid softwares and games (with cracks, keygens, serials, no-cd), music and films which are protected under copyright. Even if these contents are hosted somewhere else, it's still illegal. You can only share GPL/LGPL/BSD-licensed content, CreativeCommons-licensed content and any other content for which the license allow redistribution.
- Giving tricks for black hat hacking (cracking, phreaking, DDoS, mailbombing, virus creation)
- Promotinig anorexia and bulimia as lifestyle
- Racial hatred, crimes agains humanity, slanderous content

And what MIGHT cause problems :
- Streaming in topics (depending of the content)
- Torrent and p2p links -> They're mostly used for illegal purpose, but this doesn't make p2p itself illegal. As example of legal use : Most Linux distros editors provide torrent links to download their OS, in order to help relieving servers during the first weeks after a major release (it's the case with Ubuntu).

But the best way to know exactly what illegal content you have is to contact one of the Officials such as Typlo

Our forum content : history only. When a forum be warned, did it have "report abuse" ? We don't see any report about our forum. I hope Typlo would see this topic.

Our Forum only have some video clip (history's music)
On the other hand, Forum Suhoctre mainly provides some teaching and study material history
(free, not serve business). Is was compile by Member's Young Vietnamese Club of Historical Sciences (YVCHS).
