"You haven't got the rights to access this page" Problem

When my member try to access the group legend at the bottom of the index, they get the error : You haven't got the rights to access this page.

How do I solve this, it seems that there are no permission for me to set.

Jalokim had this problem on his forum and I believe he did was put the groups on hidden>>Click Save and then put it back to Closed>>Save

Tried it, didn't work.

I'm going to ask the other Staff Members around Forumotion on what they think this could be.

admin panel>>Users & Groups>Special rights>>Special rights and from there tell him to change "Usergroups" permissions to "Members
