I Have No Admistration Panel- Help Me

i looked all over my forum and found no administration panel. could someone tell me where it is?

Its at the bottom of the forum by the footer. You can also get into it by trying your forums urls like this

forumsurlhere.com/admin

It still didnt work and the panel isnt by the footer. All i see is HOME and Moderators.
