Solved Problem with users posting pictures, help please!

I have several members of my forum that have been able to post pictures fine in the past, but now for some reason when they post a pic, they do not show up on the forum just the image code and the little red "x", even some of the old posts where there were pics have changed to image codes and "x"'s. Any help on this issue would be much appreicated.
