Subforum and mods

i have 2 questions

[1] how do i do subforums?
[2] Does Forumotion have feature like mods intaller? means am i able to install mods like cash mods?because i want to have the donate button on my forum..but it requires the cash mods to be intalled

i kinda do not understand the toturial...but i want the subforum to be like this site..am i able to do it?

Its giving me a website error on all the browsers.

It doesn't really matter. Its possible to have sub forums, just check out the tutorial & start doing it.
