a way to change skin without changing the icons?

is there a way to change the skin and stuff without changing any pictures whatsoever? without having to edit all the colors and stuff manually.

Do you want the colors of a different theme? If so just clcik on the images circle of the theme you have now and click on the colors of another theme in the
Styles admin
