time am/pm + bold italic...

Hi!
I created a forum for American people who have some difficulties with 2 issues:
For the calendar, we can put day & time but we don't have the am/pm choice?
I noticed another language issue - when you go to post, in the quick reply, the options for bold italic etc... are in French...
Can I change this?

Hello and welcome on Editboard

For the first issue, this can be changed in these two locations :

- Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration > Date format. This will influence the date format displayed for guests and for the upcoming new registered members.

- Navigation links > Profile > Date format. Each member, including you, must do this manipulation.

When I talk about navigation links, I talk about the "Home", "portal", "FAQ", "Search", ...

Yes, I think it comes from it.

My Windows XP is in French, so my Internet Explorer is also in French, then all the "Browse" buttons are in French, so I see "Parcourir" everywhere.

The first time I downloaded Firefox, it was the English version, so all "Parcourir" buttons became "Browse". Then, when I updated my Firefox by uninstalling the old version and reinstalling a more recent version, it was the French version this time, so I have the "Parcourir" button again.
