HTML code for hidden selections

On a HTML page I made (as a forum shop), I give the users options for what they want to buy. The last option is Forum Pets. Is there any way that when they click the circle next to Forum Pets that the option to select which pet you want is presented?



So when they click forum pet, they should be able to choose which one they want. but i only want it to be available if they click form pet. (i.e. the circle is filled in/un-clickable until they click forum pet)

Of course that's possible (and actually pretty easy) on an HTML page!

You'll need to use javascript to keep track of the button and to display additional text when the button is selected.

that didn't really help at all...does anyone have a code or know where I can find/make one?
