Solved Showing member not groups and createing seprate mods

I would like to.....
Create seprate mods for each section with createing more groups.
Show the members username in the moderators,not the group.

Any help would be great.Thank you in advance.

Admin Panel >> User & Groups Tab >> Search User >> Click on the user >> Permissions Tab >> Click the section >> Save

Do this for each person.
