Mods Not Showing Up Empty Mods Not Showing Up

Yesterday, I added Mods. My friend said it would take a couple of hours to activate.Today, my friend that I added as a mod still hasn't shown up. Every time she logs on, she is a Registered user. Is there something I need to do or do I need to give it more time?

Tell her to press the log off button and then log back in this some times works.
