Members not seeing replies to their topics

Hi there

I have quite a few members contacting me saying that they write a new post, and can see that there are replies, but when they go into that topic there is no replies.
They have tried logging out and back in again but still experiencing the same thing.

Can you please assist?

Ask your members to try different browser.
Or ask them to clear the cache.

are they getting any messages when posting replies?

No The replies eventually do appear, but only after a few hours after they were actually posted

Hello,

Please try resynchronizing your forums.
Go to Admin CP > General > Categories & Forums > Resunchronize the forums by clicking .

Also, a temporary solution is to click on the profile of who has posted last.

Then Statistics
Then click on find all posts by

Once you read the message, you can start adding the quick reply. When you hit the post it will say a message has been posted before yours, do you want to modify. That way you will be able to see all the messages posted before yours.

I tried resynchronizing the forums but this still hasnt helped them. This is really starting to frustrate them as it has been going on for 2 weeks now

We have reported this bug to techies. Please wait till they fix it.

t has been almost 2 months since I first posted this question, and my members are still having the same issue.

Please can I get some assistance here? This is really frustrating

Go to your pics management and see if there are two separate images for the new post and no new posts.
