PROBLEM WITH NEW TOPICS AND REPLIES

Hi all
I was informed by the members of my forum, that when they tried to make a new topic or even post a reply, failure message appears
"you must enter a a message before posting"
so what is the problem please help me

not all members but some of them including some moderators.
PS: I have not made any modification on members permissions lately

I know that I was informed by the members that after they complete writing their posts there was a failure in posting!! and by the way not all members just a few of them

I have solved the problem: do not use chrome but in stead use IE, firfox, or avant and that's all
