Rate a Thread System

I want to suggest a Rate a threads for our forums. Similar to vbulletin.

Can have the following options,
Excellent (5 stars)
Good (4 stars)
Average (3 stars)
Bad (2 stars)
Terrible (1 stars)

So when you open the thread, there is an option on the thread title to rate it.

The ratings would be displayed on the threads of the forums, on the right side of the thread.

Yes, also it would be nice if you added more features that are in vbulletin. Also when is this idea going to be implemented? And How do I make my forum with all the smilies and text positions and numbering and bullets? Is this a phpbb3 feature? If so how do I change my phpbb2 forum website, to a phpbb3 forum website. One more thing what is the difference between phpbb2 and phpbb3?

Totally yes, but I'd request some extra options/features:

• Optionally use thumb up/thumb down rating instead of 5 stars one (not only I prefer thumbs, but it's a recent trend on the web, I'm thinking about YouTube recent changes).
  
• Limit ratings only to some forums/categories.
  
• Limit rating to certain groups/only above a certain post count.

Thread rating is absolutely needed for blogs, now the only way I have to make people rate blog posts is by polls, very inelegant.
