video question

Hi, is there a way of uploading video to forums? these video's i want to upload are rather lengthy. do i require some sort of upload manager or is there an easier way? i was contemplating uploading it to youtube or summin but due to its size i cannot do that. Please Help

There is not. The only way would be to upload it to a video host or a file host.

Well how does that work? do I send the content to my forum or do you do it from the forum itself?
