Navigation bar image problems

Ok i am requesting a new set of images for my navbar and when someone put a proposal for it, i went and tested it out but to my suprise this happend:

Am i doing something wrong here, i went to display in the admin panel, went to pics management, advanced, added the image url of the index page and then clicked "Display only images in the navbar" in headers and navigation but the above happend. How do i fix it?

It is because of your skin, you're using he orange gaming skin, it's bad. You'll have to change height of your nav. bar in CSS manually. Open it and change this :

to any number of pixels you want. I suggest you not to use that theme because it has awful css...

Yeah i have had problems with this skin before but when i change the skin my users always complain. Is there any html so it auto fits to the largest image on the navbar? Thanks for all your help.
