Problems with Navigation Bar Buttons

I have searched for someone having this issue and couldn't find anything. Please forgive me if I'm duplicating a question already asked.

I have added all of my buttons for the Navigation bar, except Mail, No Mail and Login, Logout. I get a message saying that I need to add something to the menu bar, but I cannot type anything in the field. There is no option to type anything in the Menu. I can see the Menu box, but can't get anything typed there. All of the other buttons installed perfectly.

Thank you. I have gone there, but do not see an option to change the navigation bar.

Update: I did scroll down and found Login and Out, but not mail. I know it has to be there.
