Solved Is there a section to request codes?

Can i request here?
i need a code which is>

an image which fits the forum
if you scroll down the image stays still
the image is behind the text
the image is tranluscent
all my forums shows one same image, or if i could change every pages has different image, what is the code?

and where to put the codes?
