Background problem (HELP PLEASE)

First problem , How do i add a background image to the category border?
Second problem how do i add a backround image to widget border?
Heres a screeny

Admin panel>display>pic's management>advanced mode>General / explore.


Scroll down a lil and Place your image in.

Background picture (Row title)
Background picture (Row category left)
Background picture (Row category right)

and hit save
