Location to place hit counter code in "overall footer" code template?

Where in the Display>Templates>General>overall footer code would I add some hit counter code so the thing will be at the bottom of my homepage? (I really don't want a widget column to show along the side.) Running phpbb2.

It will take place in the tags "div", like this :

<div align="right" style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: -5px;">COUNTER SCRIPT</div>

We can also put them in a table ...

Now it depends if you want it before the "forumotion menu", before the "who's on-line", left or right in the footer...
