Is there any way that i can attach manage attachment option from Administration Panel in my forum .so if any member of my forum wants to post a new post and he want to attach any program or software with his new post in the limit of 3,4 mb he can upload in forum instead of giving links of other site.sorry for my bad english Sad

no i dont think you can do that, there would be security risks involved and so many not allowed file types like .exe etc
