Uploading to php from ftp Empty Uploading to php from ftp

So the forum I made here is supposed to be php, I'm trying to add a shoutbox to our forum and it requires me uploading the files I unzipped from an FTP client to the website, but appearently the site doesnt support it although the shoutbox is made for php based sites.
Does anyone have a clue how to make this shoutbox happen?
