Forum width problems and text centering

Hi

I have recently been updating my forum and changed the width originaly to around 65.

When logged in this looks about right, but the logged out the forum width has shrunk even more?

Also the forum catagories text has centered itself?

I tried changing the forum width so its bigger but it hasn't moved at all.

Ooo ive had a though, I put a pic on the header and footer of the forum and popped in some html to centre it.

Could that of centred the rest of the forums text aswell?
