Picture in forum catergorys

how do i get a display picture next to the pufferfish in the forum?

you just add the image in the image bar right over the forums descriptions.

Admin panel>general>forums

click on the orange action/gear icon and you will see a bar right over where the forum description is. that's where you would place a image.
i believe there it has to be a image with img tags.. you can try direct link but i am pretty sure it''s img there.
