Users automatically being logged out

I have a problem with my forum. A few of my users are being automatically logged out while they are navigating within the forum. I am not having this problem. I am Webmaster and Have a second Webmaster who runs the forum with me and she is having this problem. There has to be a way to fix this because my members that are having this problem are becoming very frustrated.

Please. Someone help me? Thank you

Cookie/Cache Problem?

Other than that it could also be your forum's security..

Thanks. I've asked them to clear their cookies and cache. I don't have this problem at all.

If all things fail.. wait for a Tech

I'll be in need of a tech. I can't figure out what the members problems are as myself and other members aren't having this problem only two people are experiencing being logged out while actively navigating the forum and when they are typing a reply.

That's exactly what I told them, but they refuse to believe that. Out of 50 users only 2 are having this problem.
