IP Addresses

My last question for the day (I think)...

When I receive the new user registration & new user account I want to be able to check their ip address before I activate them...is this possible & if so how do I do this please! Also is there a way to check ip addresses if they do not post?

You can see the IP addresses if they have no posts, in the admin panel if the account is activated and they are on line.

I wouldn't get too hung up about IP addresses, you could get more than one member joining from the same household, people posting from work, internet cafes and also some IP addresses are dynamic & change anyway, so nothing is ever conclusive.
