no Delete button!

hello.
I saw that members cant see the button DELETE ( me as admin and moderators can see it)
I think i put the DELETE button in pics managment.
Is something i made wrong?
Maybe a command or something?
(I have invision style, and use also CSS)

Please go to Admin Panel and check the Permissions members can Delete its own messages Yes then save
