First question how do you enable HTML.

Second Question how do you get the legend to show up on your homepage when you create a new group.

Admin Panel => User Admin & Groups => User and Forum Settings => User & Forum Settings
Allow HTML => Yes
Then:
Profile => Preferences => Allow HTML = Yes

2.
Admin Panel => General Admin => Configuration => Configuration => Messages
=> Display the legend of the status of the posts => Yes

I got HTML to work.But I already have the legend status on.But when I create a new group it doesn't show up.
