Image Resize/Posting Options

Image options:

I have noticed in some forums that you have the ability to adjust the image size, or the forum automatically adjusts posted image size, or the forum adjusts the image size automatically and if you want to, you can zoom in on it, or there is a scroll bar installed so you can see all of the picture. I have a few members who are interested in posting some of their works but can only post them though photobucket links. I was wondering if any of these features are available. It would be very helpful! Or perhaps if not now, that would be one feature I would pay for!

Oh and I did type in the search feature and look in the FAQ, however nothing was exactly what I was looking for.
