Role-Playing?

I have it activated and a dice ready, but how do I

1)Make it where if a certain dice rolls(The Attack dice), the other user will lose some health

2)Make it where if they do something like if they do some damage to a user or they reach a certain amount of points, they get Experince

3)Make spells

4)Make monsters

5)Make a shop system for the game
