Put restrictions on those who are able to vote in polls?

I am wondering if there is a way to make it only possible to vote in polls if you have for example 5 posts on forum? Since some are creating more accounts only to get more votes.

You can make a group like this: Admin Panel=>Users&Groups=>Groups=>Groups administration=>Create a new group=>You must to complete the informations=>Group auto-subscribe=>Yes=>Minimum Posts=>5=>Save.
Then you must to go in the Admin Panel=>General=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Select a forum=>=>Advanced mode=>Vote=>Uncheck for the members and guests=>Save.
