Domain Issue

Hello. First of all I would like to say that if there're posts about this already I couldn't really find them by searching so I apologise for that.

My issue is the following:

When I connect to my domain www.ccertificate.com I don't find any issues, it connects perfectly. But when I connect to ccertificate.com without the www. it just times out.

EDIT: Actually it redirects to that GoDaddy's adverts page.

So, is there anything in GoDaddy TotalDNS that can fix this or do I need to make a redirection, as I did before? And making a redirection is not actually in my plans, though.

Please I really need help with this,
