2 questions please answer =)

i have 2 questions

1. ok on my forums i have a bar that says home memberlist etc.. but i added 3 things too but they dont look like the other buttons take a look http://noszscape562.tk/ see were is goes logout then 3 links over there in the right how do i make it look like the rest plz and ty =)

2. how do i make my scrolling anoucement a link ty for the help =)

Certainly not!  So this is why it is important to use titles [b]related to your problem/question[/b].  Doing this makes the researches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to their question.
