Need help, people can not register forum

i have a problem,
people can not register because they can not click, '' i agree''
there is only "I do not agree"
someone please tell me how to fix this,

Think i changed something yesterday, dont know what exactly and how to fix it,

I did something at Display > Templates ......

Ok, it appears that you have edited your rules page to remove the accept button.
Just delete the template and it should be fine
Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Templates / General > Agreement > Hit the X and confirm the deletion and it should have the "accept" button
