Splitting teh forum: HELP ME

Ok so I am having a problem [DONT LAUGH] Problems with, splitting my forum up.

I want it like this:

GENERAL:

Updates
Recruiting
Forum General

RUSH:

Freestyle animations
Begginers animations:
Intermediate Animations:
Veteran Animations:
Elite Animations

No! I get this:

Update
Recruiting
Forum General
Freestyle Animations
Begginer Animations
Intermediate Animations
Veteran Animations
Elite Animations

What do I do to change this to split into groups?

Don't know if I'm allowed to answer..
But this is a simple problem.
I think what you're doing is putting everything as "forum".
What you want when you wrote "RUSH" and "GENERAL" is what you call a "category". When making forums and categories..
Do this:
General> Categories and Forums >
Then click "add".
The first question it asks you is "Choose what kind of forum you want:"
With the scrolly bar.. just select category.

Then, when going to make the forums to go in the categories.. make sure to select where to put them.. Put them in the category!!

This may not be your problem though. Think the guy that posted above me is answering what you want.

Yes king did. Wich do I choose? It has NONE,MEDIUM,and FULL. Wich do I pick? It makes all the forums into a catagory or somthing. Which part?

So GENERAL and RUSH are categories, and you want the rest to show up under them, as forums?

First, you'd have to go to ACP >> General >> Categories and Forums >> General or Rush >> "Choose the Kind of Forum you want" >> Category >> Save

When you're in Structure and Hierarchy, select medium under Split Categories on Index.
